Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership: Lead the Science department with vision, setting clear goals and ensuring cohesive teamwork.
* Classroom Management: Demonstrate strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging and disciplined learning environment.
* Teaching Excellence: Teach Science for 26 hours per fortnight, inspiring students and achieving strong academic results.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a proven background in teaching Science.
* Demonstrated classroom management expertise.
* Strong ambition and proactive attitude, with a desire to lead and inspire.
* Previous experience in leadership roles is advantageous but not essential-motivated teachers with drive are highly encouraged to apply.
