Are you a skilled Theatre Practitioner in either Scrub, Anaesthetics, or Recovery looking for an exciting opportunity in Oxfordshire? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their esteemed Theatre team at a modern facility. This role offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art environment, providing top-notch patient care.
This position offers an annual salary of up to £38,000, ensuring that your expertise is well-compensated. Enjoy a generous leave package with 34 days of leave including bank holidays. Additionally, you'll have access to private medical cover and a pension scheme.
As a Theatre Practitioner, you will:
Deliver high-quality, individualised patient care as part of the Theatre team.
Communicate effectively and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
Follow all company policies to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
Support newly qualified nurses in their development.
Be a strong advocate for the company's values and ethos.

The ideal Registered Theatre Practitioner will have:
Registration with the NMC or HCPC.
Experience in scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery in the UK.
