We have some great opportunities across the UK for Commercial Gas engineers with building services skills, on a long term contracts with vans, career progression and a fantastic growing division.

This will suit a Commercial Gas Engineer with experience in service, maintenance, and compliance.

You will be working across multiple contracts which will offer great job stability and opportunity to progress within the contract. You will be covering a cluster of sites within your region and will be managing the gas statutory compliance across these sites.

Our client also has other national contracts where you may be utilized to support with any commercial gas requirements both reactive and planned across these contracts.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

* To undertake Pre planned maintenance, servicing and compliance work

* To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.

* To survey and report back on any remedial works required to make the gas systems compliant

* To be always fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs.

* To ensure that administration requirements are maintained on time and all necessary documents.

Qualifications

* Commercial Combustion Gas Safe Qualifications COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, TCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT and applicable domestic qualifications

* Previous experience working within Facilities Management.

* Full clean driving licence

* Dependent on experience

* Monday – Friday 8:00am 4.30pm

Summary

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be a vital part of our facilities management team, responsible for maintaining and repairing gas systems in commercial settings. With core skills in hand tools, plumbing, and power tools, you will handle installations and repairs efficiently. Your premium skill in welding will be essential for specialized tasks. Additionally, your relevant skills in mechanical knowledge, basic maths, and heavy lifting will ensure you can tackle a variety of challenges. A valid driving license is required for this role, as you may need to travel to different locations for maintenance work.
