• Experience working in schools, particularly within a primary or SEN setting.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children’s individual needs.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing in-class support for Key Stage 1 students, focusing on those with high needs.
• Assisting with booster sessions and intervention programs to support each child’s learning objectives.
• Collaborating with teachers to develop strategies for student growth and engagement.
• Supporting students with SEN in a respectful, encouraging manner.
