Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Epsom
Salary: Up to £25,000 (dependant on experience) per annum plus bonus OTE £32,000

We are working with a leading multi store retail company who is looking for a Sales Assistant to come on board in the Epsom store.

In this role, you will offer first class customer service, guiding customers and advising them on the different choices available . If you have a flair for interiors and a keen eye for detail, you'll thrive in helping customers bring their vision for beautiful living spaces to life.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering product advice.
Upsell and cross-sell products.
Keep the store well-presented and stocked.
Stay updated on product trends and collaborate with team members.Requirements:

Proven experience in a retail sales or B2B sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
An initiative-taking approach to sales, with experience in upselling or cross-selling products.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Flexibility to work weekends on a rotaRefer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to £500
