Role Overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with experience in car and light commercial body repair and paintwork. This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fit and strip tasks.
Complete panel replacements and fabrication work.
Carry out dent repairs to a high standard.
Prepare and mask surfaces quickly and efficiently.
Perform paint spraying using both water-based and solvent-based paints.
Deliver flatting and polishing work to an exceptional standard.
Identify the best repair methods for various tasks.
Manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.What We're Looking For
Proven experience in paint spraying and panel beating.
A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in car and light commercial body repair.
A strong work ethic and ability to deliver results without reworking.
A full UK driving licence is essential.What We Offer
Competitive salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum.
28 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays).
