Carrying out accurate and reproducible test bakes
Analysing test bakes
Testing the colour, moisture, texture, and chemical composition of our products.
Conducting daily equipment checks and meticulously recording results.
Organizing and maintaining our library of samples.
Reviewing and signing off critical documentation to uphold our quality standards.
Handling ingredient certification with precision.
Conducting moisture and chemical testing.
Accurately recording and analysing data.
Grasping the bigger picture from raw ingredient intake to finished goods dispatch.
Assisting in complaint investigations and solving challenges. What You Bring:

Professionalism in both behaviour and appearance.
The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Health and Safety, as well as lab safety policies.

A degree or equivalent in a Food-related field (Desirable).

Prior experience in analytical laboratory environments (Essential).
