As a Bridging Underwriter, you'll be responsible for:

Managing a pipeline of bridging cases and prioritising accordingly.
Underwriting bridging loan applications within company lending criteria.
Maintaining high levels of communication with brokers, applicants, surveyors, and solicitors.
Ensuring excellent customer service both internally and externally.
Collaborating with other departments such as sales, compliance, finance, and collections.
Thinking outside the box to overcome potential problems without adding risk.
Keeping up to date with best practices and regulatory requirements.
