About the role:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create an engaging and inspiring learning environment for children aged 3-5. You will plan, deliver, and assess activities across all areas of the Early Years curriculum, ensuring that every child’s development is nurtured in line with the school’s high standards. Working closely with your colleagues, you will provide a balance of structured and child-led learning, helping children to become confident, independent learners.

This is a full-time, long-term position, and the school is looking for someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching within the EYFS setting and will have a passion for creating a positive and engaging environment for young children to thrive in.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching EYFS, with a thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early years education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a supportive and friendly school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Monitor and assess children’s development, ensuring progress is tracked in line with EYFS expectations.
• Work closely with the leadership team to implement and adapt teaching strategies that best suit the children’s individual learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe, valued, and eager to learn.
• Liaise with parents and carers, ensuring effective communication and a strong partnership between home and school.

Perks and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary (£160-£210 per day), based on experience, along with excellent opportunities for continued professional development (CPD). You’ll be joining a supportive, friendly, and welcoming team, with access to fantastic on-site facilities, including parking. The school provides a well-resourced and stimulating environment, featuring spacious classrooms and outdoor areas. The strong ethos of respect, inclusivity, and high achievement within the school ensures that both staff and students thrive, with opportunities for career progression within a thriving and dynamic school community.
