This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CAD Technician looking for an exciting long-term role within an ambitious construction company that specialises in roofing & cladding projects.

This company identify, develop and deliver large-scale roofing and cladding projects across the UK. They have seen remarkable growth over the past 5 years which is a testament to the quality of service they deliver time and time again. Due to another period of growth, they are now recruiting for a CAD Technician to join their refurbishment team.

In this role, you will recieve full training on roofing and cladding designs. You will be responsible for designing a variety of projects ranging from £75,000 up to £1,000,000. You will work closely with other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time in line with the client's specifications. This role will predominantly be office-based with some requirements to travel to sites occasionally.

The ideal candidate will have good experience producing CAD Designs and have an interest in working on roofing and cladding projects. You will be comfortable working independently and in a team, and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.

The Role:

*Full training on roofing and cladding designs
*Produce designs for a variety of projects in line with client specifications
*Work effectively with other departments to ensure projects are delivered successfully
*Scheduling of materials to an agreed programme for buying
*Attend and contribute to regular design meetings with the wider team
*Office-based near Aylesbury

The Person:

*CAD Technician/Designer
*A desire to work on roofing & cladding projects, no previous expereince required
*Commutable distance from Aylesbury
