My client, a well-respected leader in water compliance services, is seeking a proactive and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team. Based in Milton Keynes, this role will cover the Midlands and South East, offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base while benefiting from the excellent career development opportunities that my client offers.

As a Legionella Risk Assessor, your key duties will include:

* Conduct Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.

* Inspect water systems across commercial and residential properties.

* Prepare thorough reports with tailored recommendations for compliance and control.

* Advise clients on water safety measures, remedial actions and best practices.

* Support clients with training and develop monitoring plans.

To be successful, you will need:

* A minimum of 12 months Legionella Risk Assessor experience with sound knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance.

* A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues.

* Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office

* City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessor qualification (or equivalent).

* Highly organised, with the ability to manage your workload effectively.

* A full UK driving license is essential with a flexible approach to travel.
