Are you a passionate, experienced chef looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join the dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a section of the kitchen, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of your area.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the restaurant's menu and high culinary standards.
Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff, helping them develop their skills.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning, stock control, and ordering.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
Contribute to the development of new dishes and menu ideas.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end kitchen.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Passion for cooking and a creative flair.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
