Providing exceptional technical support and expertise for an innovative product portfolio.
Keeping product data accurate, relevant, and up to date to ensure functionality and customer satisfaction.
Driving product improvements and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
Creating marketing, sales, and support materials that wow customers.
Representing the company at global exhibitions, workshops, and trade shows—delivering technical presentations and building strong customer relationships.
Offering engaging product training and guidance to clients and internal teams, both online and in person.
Analysing data to provide valuable insights to product, engineering, and project teams.
Occasional travelling internationally to support distributors and customers
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who brings both technical expertise and a customer-focused mindset. Ideally, you’ll have:

A HND, degree, or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.
Experience in product lifecycle management or first/second-line product support (preferred, but not essential).
A background in test and measurement devices (a bonus, but not required).
A detail-oriented approach with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
What’s in It for You?
This role doesn’t just offer a competitive salary—it’s packed with perks to make your life easier and more rewarding, including:

A salary of up to £40,000 (dependent on experience) + quarterly performance bonuses.
Generous holiday allowance (5 weeks, increasing with service) + your birthday off
Enhanced family leave options.
A company health cash plan and pension scheme.
Death-in-service benefit.
Free parking, and all the tea, coffee, juice, fruit, and snacks you can enjoy
Long service awards, team events, and Christmas savings schemes.
A supportive, friendly team in a clean and modern working environment.
Opportunities for growth, training, and professional development.
Why Apply?
This is more than just a job. You’ll work for a company that values its employees, invests in your development, and fosters an environment of collaboration and innovation. Plus, with exciting international travel and exposure to global markets, this role is a gateway to a truly rewarding future.
