About the Role: My client are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team, specializing in high-end interior fit-outs.

This role is office-based in Camden, with regular visits to various sites across the London region.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager in the interior fit-out industry.
Strong understanding of high-end interior fit-out processes and standards.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Based in or local to Camden.
