Job Description

Are you an up and coming, passionate, methodical, organised, design driven Designer from within the Design & Build, Fit-Out or Architectural sector with an acute eye for detail and passionate about supporting the team? If so, this could be exactly what you are looking for?

The Company

We are very proud to be working with an industry leading and ultra-respected Design and Build company who are due to expansion seeking to recruit a talented JUNIOR TECHNICAL DESIGNER to join their highly dynamic & creative team.

As a JUNIOR TECHNICAL DESIGNER, the general purpose of the role is to integrate with and assist key members of the design team in delivering high quality architectural production drawings / information for both costing and construction purposes from project inception to completion.

Key Accountabilities

* Produce design drawings & schedules from freehand sketches / instructions.

* Carry out / assist with measured site surveys.

* Attend site / project team meetings with clients & sub-contractors.

* Offer additional design ideas to senior designers on projects.

* Assist with document management of live project sites.

Professional Skills & Experience

* Proficient in latest version of AutoCAD.

* Revit experience would be advantageous.

* Ability to build & maintain relationships, internally and externally.

Personal Attributes

* Team player & flexible approach.

* Proactive and accountable attitude.

* Clean driving licence.

* Good communicator.

* Self-motivated.

SALARY & BENEFITS
