Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with aviation and aerospace regulations.
- Implement and monitor corrective actions to address any identified non-compliance issues.
- Lead and manage safety investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with aircraft maintenance.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance and safety role within the aviation or aerospace industry.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation safety regulations and compliance standards.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
