Are you a Project Co-Ordinator or similar with a passion for construction looking to join a company that will invest in your career progression, offer you industry leading training and build roles around you?
You will be the first member of a specialist team which will be instrumental in the growth of this highly successful business. The company are a market leader in everything they do. This role is a gateway into a big career with this construction giant.
As a Project Co-Ordinator you'll be vital to the success of the sales team, developing leads into specifications that will become projects. This is the life blood of the business and there are already plans to build a team around you. You will use information from the sales support team to create a pipeline for the business.
You will need to be happy in a customer facing role and have a passion for construction.
You'll enjoy a hybrid work environment after probation, with a supportive team and opportunities for upskilling and career advancement, including the option to transition into the engineering field. The company prioritises employee care, setting new standards with training flexibility and a tight-knit, friendly office culture.

The Role
* Manage CPD enquiries and bookings, including certification creation and distribution to attendees.
* Manage project schedules and diligently follow up on Next Action Dates (NADs).
* Proactively contact architects, engineers and design teams to invite specifiers to attend meetings and CPDs.
