Can you help us with a winter pressures ward role?  Care4health are supporting one of their Midlands based clients to fill a ward based role for at least the next 3 months.

You will have experience at a B6 level with a background of working with the elderly either on the wards or in the community.  You will be responsible for the assessment, treatment and discharge planning of patients admitted to the ward.  You will also have key experience of working with the discharge to assess model.

The role is full time Mon-Fri 8-4pm.
