About the Role
As the second hire for our growing IT brand, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the tech market. You'll work closely with an experienced team member, sharing expertise, clients, and market knowledge, while also helping to build a foundation for future trainees. This role is all about growth and opportunity-ideal for a consultant who's looking to level up in a supportive, high-energy environment.

What We're Looking For:

Experienced IT Recruiter: Minimum of 1 year in IT
Local Market Knowledge: Ideally, you're based in Newport or nearby in Cardiff/Bristol, and have connections in the local tech scene.
Client and Market Expertise: Understanding of tech recruitment, with a client network you're ready to leverage and expand.
