Our client, a leader in wealth management are looking to appoint a Pension Administrator to join their Newcastle-under-Lyme office, Staffordshire. The office is well established but due to the increasing growth of the business, they require further administration support within their Pension and Investment team.
The role requires a competent Pensions Administrator who can focus on the day to day administration, and will be expected to deal with all basic issues that arise, but also have the knowledge, expertise and capability to recognise more complex issues, which may need to be discussed and resolved in conjunction with compliance
Responsibilities
* Processing of Pensions schemes for clients including transfers, surrenders, retirements, annuities and investment business including all client communications around these processes, so SIPP experience is a must
* Develop positive communication and working relationships with both clients and internal departments
* Liaising with clients and 3rd party companies over the telephone and in writing.
* To work closely with the Pension & Investment Administration Managers on all regulatory reporting as required.
Skills and attributes required
* Previous experience within the Financial Services, preferably Finanical Planning, Wealth Management Industry
* A minimum of 2 years Pension administration experience is essential
* Knowledge of Adviser Office, Volume, Imago and Pulse dealing system would be advantageous
