Working hours: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Full Time, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

What you will be doing
* To ensure all items are receipted and processed according to Statement of work
* Deliver images into Kofax Solution, to ensure images are ready to be processed and managed by the Imaging Supervisor
* Quality Assess electronic documents, to ensure the image is readable and image quality is over 99% accurate according to Statement of Work definitions
* Index documentation within Kofax, to ensure that Meta data is correctly allocated to each image based on the clients Taxonomy – Ensure accuracy levels of over 98%
* Accurately capture process data from Kofax and Access database, to provide daily MI reporting of volumes, queries and upload data delivering accuracy of 99.5% accuracy
* Assist with imaging team within all production work streams when required, to cover for holiday and sickness when required
