Fleet Specialist

Embark on an exciting adventure where you'll be at the forefront of building one of the most important markets for our client. As a Fleet Specialist, you'll be responsible for collecting, deploying, rebalancing, and reparking vehicles. This includes performing battery swaps and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

✨ What awaits you:

Efficiently collect and deploy vehicles to minimise wait times
Find and collect scooters for retrieval to the warehouse
Perform battery swaps on the streets
Ensure vehicles are deployed safely and compliantly
Execute rebalancing tasks to meet high-demand areas
Maintain in-field quality and perform quick scooter fixes
Perform ad-hoc tasks in the warehouse as required to support a busy period

💼 What you'll need to succeed:

UK full driving licence for at least 1 year with max 6 DVLA points (other criteria does also apply)
In-depth knowledge of your city and driving experience
Responsible team player and ability to work independently
Motivation to share knowledge and collaborate with the team
Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to navigate your city in a van under any condition
Physical condition for carrying heavy loads
Flexibility to work shifts including nights and weekends

💰 What we offer:

- Hourly Pay Day shift pay rate: £14.94, night shift pay rate: £16.13
