Chef De Partie

£14 per hour plus service charge

Full time: 25 hours a week

Job description:

* Conducting food preparation

* Catering for large parties as part of a team

* Conducting restaurant service

* Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in any section

* Maintain consistency in food preparation, ensuring dishes meet our standards

* Managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis working with you

* Be sure that excellent level of food Hygiene are always in place.

* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and kitchen operations

* Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods

The ideal candidate:

* Has previous experience in busy environments within the hotel industry

* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-paced kitchen

* Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards

* Ability to work well in a team, with strong communication skills

* Passion for cooking and creativity in presenting dishes

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
