Contracts Manager

XCL Group are working with a longstanding client with offices based throughout the UK for an experienced contracts manager to run the different projects throughout Yorkshire. They are leading designers and are looking for experienced managers to look after sites throughout the Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities
* Managing multiple projects and sites across Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
* Managing the site teams to make sure that all works are carried out to an excellent finish and within the set timescales.
* Reviewing the contracts and liaising with the rest of the team to complete projects on time and within budget.
* Working with suppliers and contractors to organise logistics of the jobs to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
* Conducting risk assessments and all compliance to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
* Providing regular reports to clients and the rest of the team to update everyone on the progress.
* Completion of all site records from start to finish as required.
* Promoting health and safety within the work place and maintain this throughout the sites.
Job Requirements
* Must have past experience in a contracts manager role.
* Ideally worked on fit-out / Retail / Commercial projects previously.
* Must have an SMSTS & CSCS Black Card.
* Own transport would be required for this role.
They do offer flexible working where the option of working from home would be available 3 days a week.
