The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance.
Basic plumbing
Working with air handling units and heating and hot water. 
Pipe Fitting
Worked on Steam Systems
Minor plumbing repairs
Water temperature checks  What you need to succeed 

NVQ level 3 will be in plumbing or pipe fitting 
Ability to work independently and proactively. What you need to do now
