Monarch education are currently working alongside a primary school in the Wolverhampton area and they're looking to welcome a Level 2 Teaching Assistant into a Reception Class Full Time. This school is Ofsted rated outstanding, and they mainly focus on making the pupils feel accepted and welcome in school.

Ofstead labelled the school as "happy and caring"Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work along side and help the teacher with administrative roles.
Help plan lessons and prepare different resources needed for the lessons ahead.
Supporting students with additional learning needs, including those with special educational needs.
Helping the students develop problem solving skills to help them build their confidence in their abilities.
Acting as a role model for positive behaviour.
Encouraging children to take responsibility for their learning and behaviour.
Sharing observations of the children to the main class teacher.The ideal candidate will hold:

A Teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
A DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
