Role Details

Forklift Driver

Shifts: Predominantly nights on 4 on/2 off or 4 on/4 off patterns. Flexibility to cover both days and nights (especially nights) is essential.
Rates:

Days/Nights: £13.50/hour
Overtime (Nights, over 40 hours): £17.50/hour

Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading vehicles carrying diverse cargo using forklifts and manual handling techniques.
Operating hand-held devices to locate and identify cargo.
Processing paperwork as per client requirements.
Handling special cargo products.
Building and breaking pallets.
Preparing and palletizing cargo as needed.
Requirements:

A valid counterbalance forklift license is essential.
A basic DBS check will be conducted.
Warehouse Operative
