Your New Company:
Hays Technology are recruiting a service desk analyst to join a large a growing organisation on a rolling contract basis.

Your New Role:

Provide first-line technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Escalate complex problems to appropriate IT teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate records of all support requests and solutions in the service desk system.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of user guides and documentation.
Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
What You Need to Succeed:

Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
