This practice has a highly experienced Nursing Team, a Central Administration team, multi-disciplined Allied Health team and an incredible, long-standing group of GP Partners. All in all, an incredibly well-managed practice. 

As an experienced Practice Nurse, you will benefit from having a very manageable workload, no extended hours, no hierarchical structures, an affluent patient demographic and pleasant group to work with. Greater focus will be placed on your clinical development, and as a Training Practice, this surgery will be more than happy to provide support and fund your clinical development

Salary – £37,050 - £45,825 full time equivalent salary + indemnity paid + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS Pension

Location – Folkestone

The surgery –

GP Training and Teaching Practice
Outstanding staff retention, stable team
Excellent multi-disciplinary team – Pharmacist, ANPs, Paramedic, Social Prescribers

Your role

Part-time Practice Nurse
20 hours per week, can increase later in the year, if desired
Affluent patient group
Traditional Practice Nurse duties – Wound Care, Child Imms, Family Planning
20 minute appointment lengths
Pre-booked appointments, mostly face-to-face
No home visits
No extended hours
