We are a specialist engineering company based in Riddings, Derbyshire, seeking skilled CNC Sliding Head Machinists to join our growing team. Whether you’re a setter/operator looking to build your skills or an experienced programmer with advanced expertise, we have opportunities to suit all levels of experience. Supervisory roles may also be available for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

* Set up, operate, and program CNC Sliding Head machines, primarily with Star controls.

* Produce small to medium-batch automotive components to meet exacting quality standards and tight tolerances.

* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience working with CNC Sliding Head lathes.

* Strong skills in setting and programming, ideally with Star or Fanuc controls.

* A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work confidently within tight tolerances.

* A proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
