Responsibilities
Develop, design, and produce engaging content across various media, including images, videos, graphics, GIFs, and written copy, ensuring it’s tailored for different social media platforms.
Collaborate with the Events team to generate buzz before, during, and after live events and training sessions, boosting ticket sales and creating excitement for future events.
Craft content that reflects the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s identity across all digital platforms.
Stay on top of social media trends and emerging content opportunities, ensuring the brand remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
Work closely with colleagues across the business, particularly in Marketing and Events, to produce highly creative, engaging content that resonates with the audience.
Keep informed about social platform updates and algorithm changes to ensure maximum impact and reach for your content.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in content creation or graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as PowerPoint and Keynote.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
A strong understanding of brand guidelines and experience delivering content in line with them.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Strong project management skills, particularly around delivering marketing campaigns.
Additional Information
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week), with a 1-hour lunch break.
22 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
On-site parking available.
Stunning office location in Warwick.
