A small children’s hospice in the Eltham area of Southeast London is currently looking for a Paediatrics Nurse or a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse to join the team.
The hospice offers a relaxing home type environment and outside space, catering for high complex needs, respite for parents, compassionate end of life care and symptom control.
This is a very rewarding role, the hospice are willing to offer training to upskill their staff to maintain a safe working environment, where nurses feel valued.
Qualifications
• Registered with the NMC pin as either an RSCN or RLND
• 2 years on a paediatric ward or in the community is ideal
Skills
• Ability to provide high quality, effective patient care
• Ensure sensitivity, compassion and confidentiality are always paramount
• Promote a high level of communication
• Excellent time management
• Sound written skills
