Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other coatings to a variety of vehicles in a controlled spray booth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.

* Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and other coatings using spray guns.

* Ensure proper coverage, color, and finish according to specifications.

* Maintain and operate spray painting equipment and spray booths.

* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary touch-ups or corrections.

* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

* Maintain inventory of paints, coatings, and supplies.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a spray painter in a commercial or industrial setting.

* Proficiency with spray painting equipment and techniques.

* Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and their applications.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

* Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.

* Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to spray painting.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
