You must have at least 3 years M&E expeirence
Office Based - Birmingham
You will be responsible for producing estimates for works from £100 to £100,000+, and then managing the project once authorized. We need you to plan jobs, liaise with clients, offer advice and generally support the field-based workforce.
Responsibilities
* Produce timely and accurate estimates
* Provide technical and commercial assistance#Provide a high-quality service to our clients, recognising their specific requirements to create accurate quotations
* Produce quotations from information supplied by clients, engineers or personal site visits
* Protect the businesses commercial interests by ensuring quotations are produced with profitability in mind.
* Seek opportunities to introduce the Company's services to existing and/or potential customers.
The right candidate:
* You must have at least 3 years M&E expeirence
* The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing quotations within the maintenance and FM sectorMust be PC literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Be able to interpret the content of reports
* Must be enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
* Have the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
* Have a methodical and thorough approach to work
* Be an excellent team player, and able work under own initiative
* Possess high levels of literacy and numeracy
* Pay close attention to detail
* Have the ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure KPIs and targets are achieved
