Search are looking a highly skilled administrator in Montrose. We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual, to join our busy office team. This full-time role is integral to our operations, providing essential support to the housing maintenance team and ensuring smooth communication with local authority housing departments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Answering Calls / Reception Cover: Handle incoming calls and provide reception cover as needed
- System Management:Utilise the Northgate system to manage job requisitions from the housing maintenance team
- Liaising with Local Authority Housing Departments:Maintain effective communication with local authority housing departments to coordinate maintenance activities
- Work Order Management:Oversee and manage work orders, ensuring they are processed and tracked efficiently
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance works based on urgency and availability, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Daily Job Log Updates:Keep job logs updated daily and ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded
- Print Job Logs: Print off job logs as required for records and reporting
- Contractor Liaison: Communicate and liaise with contractors to schedule and follow up on maintenance tasks
- Electronic Diary Management: Manage electronic diaries to schedule appointments, meetings, and maintenance work
- Ad Hoc Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the office

**Requirements:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role within the housing or maintenance sector is preferred
