Project Support Administrator
Chester
£14.35 - £17.90 per hour (£28,000 - £32,000 on a permanent basis)
Working as part of a small, friendly and motivated team, the Project Support Administrator will be key to the smooth running of the team and all projects.
This is a temporary to permanent role starting immediately, with hybrid working. When the role goes permanent, it will come with a fantastic benefits package which includes a contributory pension scheme, annual bonus, cycle to work scheme, electric car charging, private dental and medical insurance, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
* Set up jobs and report on profitability using an inhouse database
* Preparation of training materials
* Management and issue of safety equipment to Engineers
* Set up and minute meetings
* Drafting work processes
* General administrative tasks, such as booking travel as and when required
* Support procurement with placing orders as and when required
* Control room support which includes taking calls to the control room, logging work requests and ensuring all client requests are dealt with in a timely manner
Essential Skills:
* Managing projects and project finances
* Highly developed computers skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
* Able to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
* Must be able to confidentially deal with customers
* Work scheduling
* Well-developed organisational skills
* A professional and proactive approach
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working in an engineering company
* Qualifications in a relevant area
* Visio or similar infographic skills
* Social media skills
* Project management / control software
* Data science
