We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic SEN Teacher SEMH to join their team.
Responsibilities
The SEN Teacher SEMH recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
The SEN Teacher SEMH appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
It is important to this school that the SEN Teacher SEMH they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
The SEN Teacher SEMH chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
