Who are they:

Pillar Partnership are currently working with a SME who are one of the largest growing and reputable PQS firm based in London and Oxfordshire area. They are looking for Project Managers- either a current Senior or ready to move into a Senior position, and are really keen to speak to PM’s who are keen about healthcare and working on large scale complex projects. They are currently at around circa 100 heads and they are not looking to grow exponentially, they really pride themselves on quality over quantity. You will also be involved in supporting clients decisions by undertaking analysis and assurance. You will be in charge of managing a range of existing and new clients/ projects and need to be able to deliver, develop and generate new business. These projects will involve complex programmes so you need to be able to adapt and be prepared to step into a challenging environment.

They’ll consider all applicants on their merit but their ideal Project Manager will have the following:

* Ideally previous healthcare/ laboratory/ life science experience- if not then experience in a construction consultancy firm

* Ability and experience to be transparent around the progress and/ or performance of all stages of the programme or projects lifecycle
