Description
Plan, manage and deliver construction projects from inception to completion.
Conduct surveys and prepare detailed reports.
Liaise with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards.
Maintain a robust system of quality control and compliance.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Ensure all works are compliant with health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the organisation's social value and sustainability goals.Profile
A successful 'Planned Delivery Surveyor' should have:
A degree in a relevant field such as construction, surveying or civil engineering.
Proficiency in project management and delivery.
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.Job Offer
An attractive hourly rate of £30 - £35ph
