Trainee Health and Safety Advisor | High Wycombe | £30,000 to £35,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities of the Trainee Health and Safety Advisor will include:

Ensuring compliance with UK health and safety legislation while aligning with the broader group strategy.
Conducting thorough risk assessments throughout the site and accurately reporting on health and safety performance metrics.
Collaborating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, operational staff, and regulatory agencies.
Providing comprehensive health and safety support across the site, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and development in health and safety practices.

The successful Trainee Health and Safety Advisor will possess:

Proven experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing sector or a related industry.
A NEBOSH certificate or equivalent qualification (desirable).
Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience in engaging colleagues and a diverse range of stakeholders.
A positive and enthusiastic approach to health and safety, fostering a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
