If so, we would like to hear from you to begin an exciting and rewarding career as an SEN Cover Supervisor.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support students and contribute to their success and join a well-established and highly regarded SEN school in Ellesmere Port.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Provide support to SEN students in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring continuity in their learning experience.
Supervise and manage the classroom environment to maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.
Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by teaching staff to facilitate effective learning.
Foster positive relationships with students and provide emotional support as needed.
Assist with classroom management, behavior management, and ensuring that students adhere to school policies.
Collaborate with teaching and support staff to meet the unique needs of SEN students.As a Cover Supervisor, you will have:
A compassionate and patient manner with a genuine interest in working with students with special educational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
Prior experience in a similar role or working with SEN students is advantageous but not essential.
