Package Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA, or Qualified by Experience QBE) with strong commercial acumen and leadership skills. You will take on a pivotal role in providing financial direction and strategic insight to the business, managing a talented finance team, and influencing key decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or Financial Controller who is ready to step into a broader, more impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Oversee internal and external payroll, credit control, and financial reporting (monthly and quarterly MI reports).

* Drive financial planning and risk analysis, offering insights to senior management.

* Manage relationships with external stakeholders and ensure compliance with audit and control processes.

* Provide financial and contractual support to the sales team and play a key role in business decisions.

* Develop and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in business finance, performance management, and financial control roles.

* Ability to manage month-end close, external audits, forecasting, and reporting with confidence.

* Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

* Previous involvement in M&A activity, business risk management, and systems implementations is a plus.

* A strategic thinker who can challenge and inspire teams, while making optimal business decisions.
