The Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Step into a consultancy renowned for its integrated design and technical expertise, working across an impressive variety of sectors, including defence, education, healthcare, commercial, and residential projects. Projects range from £500k to £15m, ensuring every day brings something exciting and different.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in managing project costs from inception to completion. Your work will span budgeting, cost planning, procurement, financial control, and final account settlements-all while being mentored by Senior Quantity Surveyors to grow your skills and confidence.

About You:

A construction-related RICS-accredited degree.
Ideally 1-2+ years' experience with a UK PQS/Consultancy.
Basic pre- and post-contract knowledge.
A strong desire to work toward APC and MRICS accreditation.
