Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver individualised lessons that cater to the unique needs of SEN students.

* Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
* Collaborate with colleagues, therapists, and parents to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Provide guidance and support to students, helping them build confidence and independence.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in SEN teaching.
* Strong understanding of strategies for working with students with special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and behavioral challenges.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting SEN students’ success.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a diverse range of needs.
