Ashley Kate are searching for a National Training Manager to join dynamic and growing team. This is a fully field-based role, requiring extensive travel throughout the UK & Ireland, with occasional international trips to Germany and Switzerland. You'll be responsible for coaching and training the companies Branch Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Advisors to achieve peak performance within the direct sales business.

This is an exciting opportunity to:

· Lead the development of our sales force: You'll be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering engaging training solutions, and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.

· Shape our future sales leaders: Using your own successful sales experience, you'll guide and inspire your team to reach their full potential.

· Contribute to a thriving culture: You'll build positive relationships with colleagues across all departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

· Has a proven track record in outbound sales: You've been there, done that, and are now ready to share your expertise.

· Is a seasoned sales coach: You have experience in training and developing high-performing sales teams.

· Is passionate about people development: You genuinely care about helping others succeed and are driven by their personal growth.

· Is an innovator and a creative thinker: You can tailor training to different learning styles and find innovative solutions.

· Is adaptable and flexible: You're comfortable with extensive travel and can adjust to the needs of the business.
