Produciton Operator

MDH Recruitment are recruiting for Production Operators for our client based in Larkhall. If you come from a production or manufacturing background, that would be a big plus, however, we are keen to speak to you regardless of background or work history. Full and ongoing training will be provided throughout your career within the business.

This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis. You will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and during staff annual leave or absence with an hourly rate of £12.25 per hour.

Staff allocation will be ADHOC and there will be no guaranteed weekly hours.

You will need to be able to work ALL of the following shift patterns on a weekly rotating basis:

* Dayshift - 6am to 2pm

* Backshift - 2pm to 10pm

* Nightshift - 10pm to 6am

Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Overseeing the production process

* Ensuring parts are within the company's standards

* Packaging parts correctly

* Keeping track of part quantities and wastage

* Ensuring work station is clean and tidy
