We are pleased to be working with our client seeking a Family Solicitor based in St Neots for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is an award winning law firm with Lexcel accreditation and recognition from the Law Society.
Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor
* Manage a varied caseload of family law matters.
* Work on Private Law, children, divorce and financial matters cases.
* Networking and promotion of business through social media and events.
* Resolve client claims handling settlements or preparing for court.
* Draft, negotiate and review court documents.
* Undertake own advocacy.
Requirements for a successful Family Solicitor
* 5-10 years’ post qualification experience within family law.
* Proven expertise in Private Law, children, divorce and financial matters.
* Accreditation in Family Mediation including MIAMs.
* Excellent commercial awareness with a thorough understanding of the legal market.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word.
* Highly organised and willing to undertake own advocacy.
* Commercially minded and forward thinker.
