Then get in touch Kingston Barnes is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager for our client in the Worcester area. Our client is a market leading manufacturer and they are looking for an experienced sales person to develop new opportunities and bolster existing customer relationships.

The Role:

* Support existing customers and develop new sales opportunities for high-pressure industrial solutions, water jetting products, and accessories.

* Focus on winning profitable orders and growing market share in sectors like petrochemical, nuclear, construction, and energy transition.

* Manage and maintain regular contact with a large customer base, promoting new product offerings to maximise sales.

* Research potential customers, introduce them to the product range, and explore new sales opportunities.

* Organize and conduct product trials and demonstrations (training provided).

* Assist internal sales with preparing quotes and equipment costings when needed.

* Liaise with customers during and after order processing.

* Keep customer and sales records up-to-date using CRM software.

* Report regularly on sales activities and future plans.

* Support the sales team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and strategies.

* Actively promote company sales and marketing efforts.

* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities, and share insights with the team.

* Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by senior management.

The Candidate:

* Knowledge of high-pressure pumps or high-pressure jetting

* Previous capital equipment sales experience

* Commercially competent

* Great negotiation skills

* Full, clean driving licence
