Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in conveying systems, product detection, and packaging machinery within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment?

This company has been a prominent player in the industry for over 40 years, aspiring to become the leading food supplier in the UK within its specialised sector. With a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, they take pride in their eco-friendly practices and are dedicated to advancing sustainability initiatives as they move forward.

In this role, you will join a small team focused on the maintenance, installation, and commissioning of various machinery and equipment, along with general facility upkeep. You will collaborate with production teams to optimise equipment performance, contribute to improvement projects, and maintain accurate maintenance records, all while adhering to health and safety standards.

If you are a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a background in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or similar, this could be a great opportunity to advance your career

The Role

Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a diverse range of machinery, including automated systems, gas-fired ovens, and conveying equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns swiftly to minimise downtime
Collaborate with production teams to optimise equipment performance
Contribute to ongoing improvement projects as part of their investment in modernisation
Maintain accurate maintenance records in compliance with health and safety standardsThe Person
