5+ years of experience in children's social care registered manager post or an equivalent role eg social worker, HCMI, auditor, inspector, independent visitor etc.
Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
Deep understanding of Reg 44, quality standards, guidance and safeguarding principles and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (children, young people, professionals).
A keen eye for identifying improvement and a expertise for clear communications, and actionable recommendations.
